Lead east coast wholesale growth for a lifestyle apparel brand by expanding distribution with specialty and premium retailers, driving multi-million-dollar revenue, managing wholesale operations cross-functionally, setting pricing and distribution strategies, and optimizing DTC via sales data.

Lead womenswear design from concept through production, using trend research to develop silhouettes, fabrics, colors, and details. Present seasonal concepts internally and to customers, collaborate with merchandising, development, and production, manage timelines, and maintain vendor and manufacturing relationships to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Drive revenue growth by identifying new markets and clients, expanding account revenue, creating quotations, and collaborating with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and improved service levels.

Manage and grow womenswear and menswear accounts by developing new product ranges, preparing costings and negotiations, controlling budgets, monitoring market trends, acting as primary client contact, ensuring timely delivery and documentation, mentoring staff, and traveling to Italy as required.

Lead design and development of trend-driven knitwear collections for the Young Contemporary market. Produce sketches, tech packs, and presentations; source yarns, trims, and embellishments; oversee sample development and fit sessions; collaborate with sales, merchandising, and overseas vendors to ensure timely, on-brand production.

Independently manage core HR functions including compensation and benefits, talent development, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement. Support recruitment as needed, prepare and analyze HR reports and manpower costing, execute HR projects and ad-hoc tasks, and maintain accurate HR data.
