We are now seeking a full-time Senior Fashion Designer (Sweater) to join our team.
What you'll do is to...…
Develop design collections based on customer needs and market trends, ensuring alignment with quality standards and budget requirements.
Prepare and present design materials, including trend boards, design sketches, illustrations, and CADs, for internal teams and client presentations.
Conduct in-depth trend research and project creative directions to develop commercially viable collections, leading to detailed specifications for fittings and production.
Monitor the design schedule to ensure timely completion in alignment with the development calendar.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams, including digital designers, merchandisers, suppliers, and factory technicians, to ensure smooth execution from concept to production.
Maintain a strong awareness of yarns, stitches, and knitwear innovation. Explore new materials and techniques relevant to customer profiles.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Higher Diploma or above in Knitwear Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Strong product and yarn knowledge, with a solid understanding of the sweater development process.
Excellent illustration skills and the ability to produce creative and focused visual presentations.
Proven creative abilities and a strong design sense.
Good awareness of trends and their relevance to the brand, paired with an excellent sense of color.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Proficiency in AI, PSD, and Adobe Illustrator; experience with Apex and CLO is a plus.
Familiarity with the US market would be an advantage.
