We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to support and expand one of our most important retail businesses. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and contribute to the full lifecycle of the business — from product development through delivery — while working closely with cross-functional partners both domestically and overseas. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and enjoys being at the center of bringing product to life, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a key day-to-day contact on a key account, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables
  • Partner closely with internal teams across design, merchandising, product development, production, and operations to ensure seamless execution
  • Support product development from concept through delivery, helping to drive on-time and on-target outcomes
  • Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations that support business growth
  • Monitor weekly sales and performance reporting, translating data into actionable insights
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform trends, opportunities, and strategy
  • Manage product approvals across fit, construction, trims, and color execution
  • Coordinate with overseas partners on costing, production timelines, and delivery schedules
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve challenges across orders, production, and logistics
  • Maintain organized and accurate records including order books, sample tracking, and production status
  • Support preparation for key meetings, market appointments, and showroom presentations

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, merchandising, or a related role (apparel preferred)
  • Experience supporting major retail accounts; familiarity with Walmart is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with Miro and Airtable is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into next steps
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation/Benefits:

  • The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
