Support daily HR operations including administration, maintaining employee records, data entry, attendance and leave tracking, basic reporting, internal communications, training support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage and maintain multi-site LAN/WAN infrastructure, routing/switching, VPNs, firewall policies, IP CCTV/NVR systems, and physical access control. Monitor network health, troubleshoot connectivity issues, maintain documentation, and collaborate with IT, security, facilities, and contractors to ensure secure, highly available network operations.

Identify and onboard new restaurant partners to the food delivery platform by prospecting, presenting the service, negotiating and closing deals, hitting monthly acquisition targets, coordinating onboarding with internal teams, and maintaining partner relationships while monitoring market trends.

Enter, update, and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems. Review data for accuracy, prepare reports and spreadsheets, scan and organize documents, support HR administrative tasks, and ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Lead development and execution of brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen brand equity, drive customer engagement, and support growth. Ensure consistent brand identity across channels, manage agencies and vendors, monitor performance and market trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
