Lead and scale Atera's mid-market sales team in New York City. Own segment targets and pipeline health, manage and coach AEs and AMs, forecast and report performance, build sales processes and playbooks, recruit and onboard sellers, partner with Sales Ops/Marketing/SDRs, engage in high‑value deals as a player-coach, and drive C-level engagement and AI-native selling strategies.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of customers using task-driven playbooks and SLAs to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion. Monitor account health, prioritize risk and growth, run demos and value conversations, maintain Salesforce records, and meet retention and productivity KPIs.

Lead Atera's accounting and control function end-to-end: manage close, external audit, tax, treasury, revenue recognition (ASC 606), statutory and financial reporting, billing and collections, NetSuite systems, and build a high-performing accounting team partnering with CFO and cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise AI and SaaS engagements. Own project plans, governance, UAT, hypercare, escalation management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful production rollouts.

Lead strategic enterprise engagements to design, implement, and operationalize Ateras Autonomous IT platform. Build integrations and custom scripts, document field solutions, inform product/R&D, define technical roadmaps with customers, mentor other architects, and serve as senior technical escalation. Up to 30% travel.
