Own end-to-end talent acquisition for Sales and Business roles in BFSI/Fintech, focusing on volume hiring, stakeholder partnership, workforce planning, sourcing, recruitment analytics, and onboarding while leading a TA team to meet hiring SLAs and candidate experience goals.

Manage relationships with bank and NBFC issuer partners to drive EMI and credit adoption across Paytm. Support partner onboarding, execute joint business plans, coordinate launches with internal teams, monitor approvals and disbursals, resolve reconciliation/settlement issues, and identify growth opportunities to improve partner performance.
