Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition for *Sales and Business hiring, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in **BFSI/Fintech hiring*. Drive volume hiring, stakeholder management, recruitment strategy, and delivery of quality talent aligned with business requirements.
* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle across *BFSI/Fintech Sales & Business roles*, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring requirements.
* Drive *bulk/volume hiring* while maintaining quality, TAT, and candidate experience.
* Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
* Leverage recruitment analytics, dashboards, and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
* Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, including *time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratios*.
* Build strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities to streamline and scale recruitment processes.
* Lead and motivate the Talent Acquisition team to achieve business hiring goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
*3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in **BFSI, Fintech, Payments, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services*.
* Strong experience in *Sales, Business, and Volume/Bulk Hiring*.
* Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Good analytical, reporting, and dashboard management capabilities.
* Hands-on experience with job portals, social media hiring, recruitment tools, and HRIS platforms.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
* Self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented mindset
Skills Required
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BFSI, Fintech, Payments, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services
