Lead cross-functional transactional process improvement projects using Lean, DMAIC, PDCA, VSM, SIPOC, and Kaizen. Partner with business and IT to optimize ERP/MRP, HRIS, and other enterprise systems, drive automation, establish KPIs, coach teams, and mentor junior OpX members to deliver measurable efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain), manage schedules, budgets, risks, and status reporting, ensure compliance with standards, and drive timely completion while maintaining quality and safety.

Lead shipping and receiving operations in a manufacturing plant: schedule and expedite workflow, manage inventory and budgets, enforce safety and quality, supervise 11–25 employees, implement Lean practices, coordinate with production and maintenance, and ensure on-time domestic and international deliveries.

Lead and manage a high-performance sales team across the Americas to drive data center and semiconductor heat-transfer product revenue. Develop sales plans, KPIs, CRM funnel management, forecasting, pricing strategies, quotations, and negotiate terms while identifying and penetrating target accounts.
