Lead strategic analyses and benchmarking of institutional performance, synthesize quantitative and qualitative evidence into actionable insights and reports for senior management, cultivate international partnerships and data relationships, coordinate conferences and cross-unit projects, and manage assigned project teams to support the university’s strategic planning and engagement objectives.

Lead and support a small accounting team to manage financial planning, accounting, budgeting, capital project monitoring, reporting, and finance transformation projects. Serve as a business partner for faculties/offices, enforce budgetary controls, assist senior management with committee materials, and drive process improvement and automation for month-end, annual close, and fixed asset management.

Provide administrative support for admissions: run outreach and recruitment events, manage communications with applicants and schools, coordinate digital marketing and agencies, prepare reports and statistics, and travel to Mainland and overseas as required.

Provide secretariat support, coordinate accreditation and quality assurance reviews, compile and analyse statistics, manage research postgraduate student lifecycle (admissions to graduation), and maintain accurate student records to ensure compliance.

Lead technical delivery and resolution for enterprise web and digital experience platforms (AEM, Wix), design and maintain backend services/APIs, optimise cross-border traffic and CDN routing (China), manage analytics and SEO, liaise with vendors and internal IT, and ensure secure, high-performance university web and donation systems.

Manage and develop strategic international university partnerships, lead global education initiatives and events, and build stakeholder relationships to drive student mobility and academic collaboration.

Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Internal Audit Office, assist with meetings, confidential filing, prepare management reports and guidelines, support internal audit tasks, and perform other assigned duties.

Manage daily accounting transactions, procurement, income collection and payment processing; ensure accurate financial records and internal controls; supervise staff; coordinate programme-related admin; perform budgeting, inventory control, analytical reviews of financial statements, and liaise with university finance and internal divisions.

Lead electrical and mechanical project management for capital and campus renovation projects. Manage deliverables from inception to completion, liaise with stakeholders, identify design deficiencies, support installation, supervise commissioning and testing, contribute to energy conservation projects, and prepare technical reports and budgets.
