Project Assistant (26270196)
The Academy of Wellness and Human Development is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Assistant to support the academic programmes under the discipline of Education and Psychology.
Responsibilities:
The appointee will provide administrative support across programme operations, admissions, event coordination, and office functions:
- Assisting the programme leadership with daily administration, maintaining accurate records and timely communications;
- Supporting admissions by processing applications, coordinating schedules, and following up with applicants;
- Assisting with planning and delivery of events and outreach, including logistics and on-site support;
- Providing general clerical support, helping implement University policies; and
- Undertaking other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or above;
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (essential) and Chinese (Cantonese preferred); Putonghua is an advantage;
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online collaboration tools; experience with student information systems and event management tools is a plus;
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; and
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills; able to communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Skills Required
