The Junior Sales Order Management Administrator manages customer orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications and pricing while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Lead rollout and continuous development of Zoho CRM across an international group. Design CRM workflows, automation, lifecycle marketing, and lead scoring. Build dashboards and reports, support integrations, train and support users, and coordinate with sales, marketing, and external implementation partners to optimize CRM processes.

Operate and maintain production Kafka clusters and related tooling (Schema Registry, Kafka Connect). Build and manage Kubernetes CRDs/Operators, IaC (Terraform/Terragrunt/Ansible), and GitOps workflows. Troubleshoot incidents in Kubernetes-native distributed streaming systems and collaborate with an international engineering team.

Design and build reusable Pega applications for insurance lines of business. Lead architecture, performance tuning, security/access control, decisioning, and integrations (REST/SOAP). Analyze and document business processes, gather and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements, support development and testing, facilitate stakeholder communication, and drive process improvement and change management.

Provide eCommerce consulting and process recommendations, coordinate stakeholders for solution design and implementation, manage project communication and escalations, create training and presales materials, run workshops and presentations, and support service conception, implementation and internal optimization efforts.
