Tasks:
- Manage the sales orders
- Examine customer orders, ensuring specifications, quantities, pricing agreements, and all other requirements are flawless before processing
- Support escalations related to order blocks (e.g. credit limits, margin issues, export restrictions)
- Handle returns and issue credits according to service agreements
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g. purchasing, sales, finance) to resolve order or billing issues
