As a Customer Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery process while maintaining excellent customer relationships and supporting business operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing quotations in the ERP system, tracking progress, identifying potential risks, and ensuring commitments are delivered on time
- Processing customer orders, confirming requests within agreed timelines, and maintaining accurate order-related records
- Monitoring production schedules and delivery performance, proactively resolving issues that could impact customer satisfaction
- Coordinating shipments and working closely with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Overseeing material availability, investigating shortages, and collaborating with purchasing and customers to find solutions
- Maintaining regular communication with customers via phone and email regarding orders, deliveries, and operational topics
- Partnering with internal stakeholders across multiple functions to address business and customer-related challenges
- Preparing recurring and ad hoc reports to support business decision-making
- Assisting with pricing activities by providing historical data and demand forecasts
- Monitoring overdue invoices and supporting the resolution process together with commercial teams
- Working in SAP and other business systems on a daily basis
- Contributing to process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Supporting smaller-scale projects, including planning and coordination activities
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Completed secondary education; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field is an advantage
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, logistics, or a similar operational role
- Confident English communication skills, both written and spoken
- German language knowledge is considered a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
