Proactively contact and qualify potential customers by phone and email, manage opportunities through CRM to handover or quote, prepare and follow up tailored offers, coordinate with field sales, tender and pricing teams, maintain CRM data, support sales campaigns and trade fair participation, and qualify inbound leads with basic pricing calculations.

Coordinate ocean import shipments (FCL, LCL, consolidations), manage import documentation, communicate with customers and carriers, update TMS records, support invoicing and shipment closing, and resolve operational issues while ensuring regulatory and company compliance.
