What You Can Expect:
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for global IT, Blue Yonder and other specialized professional positions.
- Drive proactive sourcing initiatives, talent mapping and pipeline development to attract hard-to-find talent in highly competitive markets.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to ensure high-quality hiring decisions and an excellent recruitment experience.
- Build and maintain sustainable talent pools while identifying opportunities to match candidates across multiple roles and regions.
- Reduce dependency on external agencies and headhunters through effective direct sourcing and strategic talent engagement.
What You Bring:
- Successfully completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting with a strong focus on IT and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally including Blue Yonder professionals.
- Strong expertise in Active Sourcing, candidate engagement and pipeline development within competitive talent markets.
- Experience conducting structured and competency-based interviews and assessing candidate potential beyond technical qualifications.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, stakeholders and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Fluent German and English language skills at least at C1 Level, enabling effective communication in an international business environment.
