Oversee global accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and monthly financial close for the Hong Kong entity. Produce accurate P&L statements and balance sheets, maintain books for Hong Kong statutory tax filing, track payments, and support high-value transaction growth while coordinating across global teams and time zones.

Coordinates end-to-end shipments between account managers, China-based teams and factories, freight partners, and clients. Collects cargo information, packing lists, and invoices; requests and reviews freight quotes; prepares export documentation; manages workflows from quote approval through dispatch; tracks ETAs; and communicates shipment updates proactively.

Coordinate and evaluate compensation inquiries and job evaluations, configure job families, lead salary surveys and compensation projects, analyze market data, design salary administration programs, ensure FLSA compliance, and partner with HR stakeholders to maintain competitive compensation and incentive programs.

Develop and manage SuccessFactors reports, automate reporting processes, provide ad hoc analytics, validate HR data, and support Power BI dashboards to deliver accurate, actionable HR insights.

Support Microsoft licensing customers across EA, CSP and other programs by managing renewals, reconciliations, billing, licensing workbooks, and customer queries. Provide guidance on program rules, prepare quotes and consumption reports, join customer calls, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to align licensing with technology roadmaps.
