We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst, HR Reporting to enhance our reporting capabilities, primarily using SuccessFactors. In this role, you will help ensure data consistency, streamline HR reporting processes, and improve our people analytics capabilities. You will work closely with HR, IT, and Finance teams to manage both recurring and ad hoc reporting, with a strong focus on data quality, meaningful reporting, and delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage reports in SuccessFactors by utilizing the SuccessFactors Report Center to generate reports on key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, tenure, and compensation.
- Enhance and automate reporting processes by identifying opportunities to automate SuccessFactors reports, reducing manual effort while ensuring timely and accurate report delivery.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics support by responding to on-demand reporting requests from HR stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timely completion.
- Perform data validation and quality improvement by collaborating with HRIS and Finance teams to identify data discrepancies, validate reports, and maintain consistent data accuracy.
- Support Power BI dashboard maintenance by providing insights from SuccessFactors reports to enhance dashboards with meaningful visualizations of key HR metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience working with SuccessFactors reporting tools is essential.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Familiarity with Power BI is preferred, though not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on data accuracy.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR, IT, and Finance teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
