Leads process safety, risk management, Safety Case development, hazard assessments, barrier management, regulatory compliance, and assurance activities for high-hazard offshore operations. Facilitates HAZID, HAZOP, Bowtie, and QRA studies; oversees safety-critical elements and performance standards; supports inspections and management of change; and advises senior stakeholders. Also drives safety training, digital safety improvements, organizational learning, and a strong major-accident-prevention culture.

Support Talent Acquisition team with recruitment processes, including candidate screening, pre-employment tasks, events coordination, and data management while ensuring alignment with HR objectives.

Manage category management activities, ensuring effective sourcing, cost control, and supplier management while contributing to offshore drilling operations efficiency. Responsibilities include data analysis, vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Serve as engine room watch stander maintaining mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, propulsion and auxiliary machinery. Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance using Noble's Maintenance System, manage inventories and records, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and direct unlicensed engineering personnel.

Lead offshore workforce readiness planning, manage succession pools, recommend internal mobility and deployment, forecast ramp-up/down staffing needs, produce analytics and readiness reporting, and partner with HR and operations to mitigate workforce risks and ensure continuity.
