The Talent Acquisition Administrator will support our Talent Acquisition (TA) team in Gdańsk office. This role involves assisting Talent Acquisition Advisors with various administrative and operational tasks, managing ATS systems, assisting with projects that align with the overall business objectives of the TA team, Human Resources (HR), and the organization, and taking responsibility for reporting and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Advisor with conducting initial video screens with candidates, and throughout the end-to-end recruitment process
- Assisting TA Advisor in managing the pre-employment process and tasks, including being an point of contact for candidates.
- Supporting the TA Advisor with additional projects and events (i.e. Summer Internship Program)
- Supporting recruitment events, such as career fairs and open houses.
- Providing logistical support for TA team meetings, trainings, and workshops
- Ensuring accuracy of all information in ATS, including accurate requisition stages, etc.
- Supporting within development and implementation of initiatives that support the TA team’s strategic goals and enhance the candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in English (min. B2/C1 level)
- 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Previous experience in recruiting or Talent Acquisition fields will be an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Passion for learning!
- Agency contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension
