Support administration and execution of North American risk management and insurance programs: manage ISN and Ventiv systems, coordinate insurance placement and surety processes, handle certificates and invoicing, assist with audits/inspections, maintain risk data and documentation, and support ad hoc projects and stakeholder engagement.

Operate and optimize cement plant processes across a region, troubleshoot equipment and quality issues, implement process and control improvements (DCS/PLC/HMI), coordinate production and maintenance, drive continuous improvement and safety compliance, train plant personnel, and report KPIs and documentation to management.

Lead regional procurement and category management for HROC AMWA, driving cost reduction, P2P efficiency, supply continuity, and organizational excellence. Develop and execute category strategies, lead strategic sourcing, digital procurement adoption, supplier performance and risk management, stakeholder alignment, and talent development to realize procurement value across multiple countries.

Provide remote technical support and control-systems engineering for multiple cement plants: troubleshoot and optimize DCS/PLC/SCADA systems, maintain historians and expert systems, support upgrades and integrations, implement cybersecurity and OT infrastructure measures, deliver training, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve process performance and reliability.

Provide regional technical support to cement plants to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs. Implement predictive and preventive maintenance, lead RCFA, analyze condition-monitoring data, prepare SAP PM work orders, support digital asset performance initiatives, and build plant capability for structured problem solving and spare-parts optimization. Frequent travel and extended on-site stays required.

Lead regional HROC AMWA procurement organization and assigned categories. Develop and execute category strategies, drive strategic sourcing, cost reduction, digital procurement adoption, supplier risk management, stakeholder alignment, and deliver measurable procurement value across countries while building high-performing teams.
