What You'll Be Doing
- Support mechanical maintenance and reliability improvement projects across cement plant operations.
- Analyze equipment performance data and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, uptime, and safety.
- Collaborate with engineers and plant teams to troubleshoot mechanical systems and resolve operational challenges.
- Assist with project planning, equipment inspections, and development of maintenance documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance plant performance and sustainability.
What Are We Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze technical problems and develop practical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and aptitude for learning engineering and maintenance systems.
- Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality work in a manufacturing environment.
Work Environment
- Hands-on experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to plant operations, maintenance activities, and engineering projects.
- Frequent interaction with production, maintenance, and engineering professionals.
- Combination of office-based work and time spent in operational areas of the plant.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
