Manages and grows strategic relationships with premium and luxury automotive manufacturers, including OEM and Tier 1 clients. Responsibilities include developing account plans, engaging senior decision-makers, forecasting sales and budgets, setting pricing strategies, supporting negotiations, and overseeing large-scale projects up to €200 million in turnover. The role also focuses on customer satisfaction, project execution, and long-term commercial growth.

Supports retail planning through store and cluster-level allocation, replenishment, ordering, inventory monitoring, transfers, forecasting, reporting, and assortment balancing across Mexico. Executes planning initiatives, tracks inventory and sales KPIs, manages product flows, supports cluster teams, and provides analysis and system expertise. Requires strong analytical, financial, collaborative, and communication skills, advanced English, and willingness to learn planning and merchandising.

Leads CRM strategy, loyalty initiatives, customer analytics, promotional programs, and AI-driven customer activation. Develops segmentation, retention, repurchase, and lifecycle insights; monitors campaign KPIs, ROI, budgets, and forecasts; partners with global promotion teams; manages customer incentives, CRM communications, events, VIP experiences, and loyalty member engagement.

Develops and optimizes surface coating and thin-film processes for quality, color consistency, efficiency, and production scale-up. Evaluates materials and coating stacks, performs characterization testing, establishes process standards, troubleshoots coating and vacuum equipment, and supports industrialization, validation, qualification, and ramp-up projects. Creates technical documentation and trains operators and technicians while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

Lead group-level financial controlling and business partnering across geographies. Drive financial planning, performance analysis, cost management, supply chain controlling, and ad hoc reporting. Partner with HQ and commercial teams to set priorities, monitor P&L, optimize working capital, and deliver actionable insights to senior management.

Develop and deliver technically feasible crystal and home-decor product designs, create technical sheets and renderings, collaborate with design, development, sourcing and prototyping, meet cost targets, and incorporate new crystal techniques and consumer insights.

Supports financial close, statutory reporting, tax compliance, VAT and GST filings, internal controls, audits, cash flow reporting, and process improvements for India and Middle East entities. Coordinates with shared services, tax teams, external consultants, and business stakeholders while assisting the Head of Finance with reporting and ad hoc finance matters.

Design and develop custom SAP applications using ABAP (RAP/OO), CDS Views, SAP BTP and Fiori/UI5. Embed AI capabilities (SAP AI Core, Joule, generative and predictive models) into processes, prototype AI use cases, support integration understanding, apply Agile and CI/CD, and continuously improve solution quality and maintainability.

Design and build custom SAP applications and extensions using ABAP, RAP, CDS views, SAP BTP and Fiori/UI5. Prototype and embed AI capabilities (SAP AI Core, Joule, generative AI, predictive models) into SAP processes. Ensure secure, clean-core development, evaluate emerging SAP/BTP/AI technologies, and coordinate with external partners on platform topics and SLAs.

Lead management and financial reporting, own budgeting and rolling forecasts, provide analysis and insights to stakeholders, ensure data quality, support month-end and audit activities, drive process improvements, and act as a senior contributor within the GBS/Controlling team.
