Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering field
- Strong knowledge of coating materials, thin-film characterization, and process optimization
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills
- Effective collaboration across functions and with external suppliers
- Good English communication skills
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and continuous improvement mindset
- 5+ years of experience in surface coating, thin-film, vacuum coating, PVD technologies, or a related field
