The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for ensuring the technical efficiency of production machines, performing planned maintenance, diagnosing faults, and implementing new machines in the facility.

Lead transition and centralisation of Record-to-Report into the Shared Service Centre. Drive process mapping, standardisation, automation opportunities, readiness assessments, knowledge transfer, recruitment, controlled go-live and hypercare, oversee RtR operations, manage KPIs/SLAs, and partner with global finance stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end sourcing and category strategy for indirect services and third-party bought-in goods, managing $32M+ spend. Deliver strategic sourcing, supplier selection, contract management, P2P governance, cost savings, and stakeholder partnership across the US and global procurement teams.
