Revenue Manager 80 - 100 % (w/m/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Pricing & Preisarchitektur: Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit Verkauf und Marketing die Preisstrategie, bewertest Preiserhöhungen und Preisarchitekturen (PPA) und stellst die dafür nötigen Analysen und KPI zur Verfügung. 
• Promotion & Trade Terms Management: Du begleitest die Planung, Steuerung und Auswertung von Aktionen und Handelskonditionen und beurteilst deren Wirtschaftlichkeit (z.B. TROI, Trade Invest Ratio, Kundenrentabilität) in unserem Trade Promotion tool (TPM). 
• Du bist fachliche Ansprechperson für unser TPM, sorgst für saubere Stamm- und Planungsdaten und arbeitest an dessen Weiterentwicklung mit. 
• Brand Portfolio & Mix Management: Du analysierst Marken-, Kunden- und Produktmix, zeigst Margentreiber auf und leitest daraus klare Handlungsempfehlungen ab. 
• Business Partnering: Du bist betriebswirtschaftlicher Sparringspartner für Verkauf und Marketing und bringst die Finanzsicht in Kundenverhandlungen und bei neuen Produkten ein. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Fachliche Qualifikation: Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HF/FH/Uni) und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Revenue Management, Pricing oder Controlling, idealerweise im Konsumgüterumfeld. 
• System- & Methodenkompetenz: Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-/BI-Systemen (idealerweise SAP S/4HANA); Vorkenntnisse in Vistex oder einem vergleichbaren Trade-Promotion Tool sind von Vorteil. 
• Analytisches Denken: Du denkst strukturiert, erkennst Zusammenhänge in grossen Datenmengen und bereitest komplexe Themen verständlich auf. 
• Business Partnering: Du arbeitest eng mit Verkauf und Marketing, hinterfragst konstruktiv und stösst mit hoher Eigeninitiative Verbesserungen selbstständig an. 
• Kommunikationsstärke: Sicheres Auftreten und klare, direkte Kommunikation; verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und fliessend in Englisch für den Austausch innerhalb internationalen Teams.
