Lead day-to-day administration and improvement of cloud, identity, endpoint, network, and security systems in a predominantly macOS environment. Implement IdP/SSO/MFA, manage JAMF and security agents, modernize network (Meraki/SD-WAN), apply Zero-Trust and ITIL practices, support SIEM/audits, mentor staff, and drive technology roadmap initiatives.

Produce and edit video content and social media assets for recruiting, branding, events, and client marketing. Research trends, create short- and long-form content (including podcast support), write social copy, adhere to a posting calendar and confidentiality rules, and support the communications team.

Manage and improve physical security, safety, executive protection, special events, investigations and risk management programs at a client campus. Develop policies, post orders, reporting and metrics; coordinate with corporate safety and SIS teams; manage budgets, contracts, and incident response; and provide coverage and support across shifts.
