Lead EE powertrain/drivetrain integration for EV programs: define vehicle-level requirements and interfaces, ensure HV/LV and network integration, manage functional safety and cybersecurity compliance, drive validation, root-cause resolution, supplier alignment, and mentor engineering teams from concept through production launch.

Lead NVH CAE activities across vehicle development, define and execute simulation plans, perform modal/FRF/structural/vibro-acoustic/TPA analyses, correlate FE models with tests, identify root causes, recommend design improvements, review supplier deliverables, mentor engineers, and support prototype and production NVH assessments.

Lead virtual vehicle safety development and CAE crashworthiness analyses (frontal, side, rear, roof crush, pedestrian, occupant protection). Develop, prepare, and integrate high-quality vehicle and subsystem finite element (FE) models from CAD for Crash, Durability, NVH, Safety, and Optimization. Perform geometry cleanup, meshing, morphing, model updates, quality checks, mass management, version control, and collaborate with design and analysis teams to ensure simulation-ready assemblies.

Lead HMI UX design for vehicle infotainment systems (IPC, Head Unit, HUD, physical controls, sound/voice). Define UX strategies, create wireframes and prototypes, run user research and in-vehicle validation, collaborate with product and engineering, manage UX change requests and roadmaps, and produce UX documentation and benchmarks.

Lead CAE activities for BIW structural optimization and NVH development across vehicle programs. Define and execute simulation plans, develop and maintain FE models, perform modal/FRF/TPA/dynamic stiffness analyses, drive topology/size optimization, correlate CAE with test data, support benchmarking and suppliers, and mentor junior engineers to meet NVH, stiffness, durability, weight, cost, and manufacturability targets.

Lead technical development and integration of Body-in-White and closures from concept through production. Act as SME for body structures, closures, sealing, hinges/latches, and manufacturability. Drive cross-functional integration, design reviews, supplier coordination, prototype builds, root-cause resolution, and mentor engineering teams while optimizing cost, mass, quality, and manufacturing readiness.

Manage and coordinate testing and validation for EV components, systems, and vehicle-level integration. Develop test plans, analyze defects and root causes, track corrective actions, improve testing processes and methodologies, consolidate results, and report product quality status to ensure reliability before mass production.

Triage and manage ADAS software defects from multiple sources, coordinate suppliers and internal teams, own defect management process and tooling, produce metrics and status/trend reports, support program quality gates, and drive improvements for diagnostics, FOTA, and secure CAN topics.

Lead end-to-end project management for international market entries, coordinating HQ and local teams, consolidating market assessments, tracking milestones, managing risks, preparing executive materials, and driving cross-functional launch readiness across legal, commercial, operational, and technical workstreams.
