Develop, prepare, and integrate high-quality vehicle and subsystem finite element (FE) models from CAD for Crash, Durability, NVH, Safety, and Optimization. Perform geometry cleanup, meshing, morphing, model updates, quality checks, mass management, version control, and collaborate with design and analysis teams to ensure simulation-ready assemblies.

Lead HMI UX design for vehicle infotainment systems (IPC, Head Unit, HUD, physical controls, sound/voice). Define UX strategies, create wireframes and prototypes, run user research and in-vehicle validation, collaborate with product and engineering, manage UX change requests and roadmaps, and produce UX documentation and benchmarks.

Lead CAE activities for BIW structural optimization and NVH development across vehicle programs. Define and execute simulation plans, develop and maintain FE models, perform modal/FRF/TPA/dynamic stiffness analyses, drive topology/size optimization, correlate CAE with test data, support benchmarking and suppliers, and mentor junior engineers to meet NVH, stiffness, durability, weight, cost, and manufacturability targets.
