The Online Program Coordinator manages academic programs, supervises faculty, recruits staff, ensures compliance, and implements improvements to enhance student success in the Masters of Education programs.

Manage and configure the student information system and related academic technologies, ensure data accuracy through audits, create/maintain configuration guides and workflows, train end-users, and coordinate with Registrar, Enrollment, Financial Aid, and Provost offices to support academic operations.
