Manage and grow territory enrollment via Authorized Enrollment Partners (AEPs): drive student acquisition, revenue, and partner performance. Lead and coach a small sales team, develop territory plans, analyze market and competitor activity, ensure compliance and reporting, coordinate cross-functionally, and support partner-led marketing and operations to meet enrolment and revenue targets.

Manage front desk operations: greet visitors, handle EPABX calls, maintain visitor register, coordinate appointments, manage mail/couriers, and provide general administrative support to ensure a professional reception area.

Provide academic and administrative support including coordination with faculty, staff, and students; maintain records and reports (MIS) for audits and regulatory submissions; manage scheduling, verification, communication, and data with confidentiality to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Coordinate end-to-end admissions by liaising with Sales, Learning/Information Centres, students, and Central Admissions; manage documentation and records; ensure eligibility compliance; process requests (transfers, programme changes, validity extensions); issue bonafide certificates; update university systems; generate MIS/reports; provide administrative support and resolve admission-related issues to ensure a seamless student experience.
