Drive enrollment growth for Retail and iBPO learner segments by proactively sourcing leads, running high-volume outbound outreach, consulting on course fit, guiding prospects through enrollment, using AI and automation to scale, tracking pipeline in CRM and simple Power BI/Excel dashboards, and representing the company at events.

Drive sales and outreach for the CLaaS2SaaS platform: execute marketing campaigns, provide consultative career consultations to individuals, maintain sales activity and conversion metrics to meet targets, and coordinate with marketing, delivery, and talent teams.
