Supports customer engineering workflows, sales opportunities, R&D projects, product adoption, renewals, and license expansion. The Sales Engineer will drive Ansys software adoption in Egypt by executing sales strategies, engaging with universities and startups, managing sales cycles, and collaborating with technical teams.

Manage daily office operations for the Egypt office including supplies, facilities, vendor coordination, onboarding/offboarding, travel and meeting arrangements, documentation, expense monitoring, and support for HR and Finance. Prepare administrative reports, maintain records, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with regional/global teams to keep the office functional and organized.

Manage Egypt HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, HR operations, compliance with Egyptian labour law and NOSI, payroll coordination, HR reporting/analytics, and support managers on talent and organizational initiatives.
