As an SDR Trainee, you will build a pipeline, engage prospects, and support the sales team through cold calling and outreach while developing sales skills in a tech-driven environment.

Responsible for identifying and closing enterprise deals in Cloud and Technology Solutions, leveraging existing networks and positioning diverse offerings to executives.

As an SDR Trainee you'll run high-volume multi-channel prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn), identify and engage decision-makers, qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, manage your pipeline, learn CloudPlexo's cloud/AI/cybersecurity offerings, and develop CRM hygiene, follow-up discipline, and sales skills through mentorship and performance-based targets.

Support daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, performance management, learning and development, HR reporting, and HR projects. Coordinate candidate sourcing and interviews, maintain confidential employee records and HR trackers, assist with training and performance reviews, and help improve HR processes while ensuring compliance with Ghana employment practices.

Drive revenue by managing SMB and enterprise accounts, generating and closing opportunities, expanding upsell/cross-sell, maintaining accurate pipeline and CRM discipline, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging AWS partnerships to ensure strong customer retention and satisfaction.
