Serves as a strategic HR advisor to assigned business units, guiding employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, talent development, compliance, and employee engagement. The role investigates workplace issues, coaches leaders, analyzes HR data, supports benefits administration, maintains policies, ensures CARF and ODJFS compliance, and leads HR improvement initiatives.

Sources and attracts candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and other strategies.
