Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises employees in the sales department.
- Accurately assess Sales Representatives' performance using tools such as telephone monitoring, email review, quoting accuracy, and sales reports.
- Develop strong working relationships with sales representatives through effective one-on-one interactions and group discussions.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work.
- Monitor sales trends and manage accounts to identify opportunities for additional growth.
- Identify unmanaged accounts with growth potential and take appropriate action.
- Collaborate with management to develop sales tactics aligned with company goals and track sales team progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High school graduate or equivalent with additional coursework
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and employees of the company.
Skills Required
