Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app) using behavioral triggers, A/B testing, SQL-driven segmentation, and analytics to improve onboarding, retention, cross-sell, and loyalty.

Own the end-to-end B2B merchant lifecycle across onboarding, activation, cross-product adoption, retention, and recovery. Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable and vendor management including invoice processing, payment runs, PO matching, vendor onboarding, reconciliations, AP accruals and aging, VAT/withholding tax compliance, internal disbursement controls, and support month-end close while optimizing P2P processes and driving data integrity and vendor relationships.

Lead and deliver end-to-end internal audits across AML, CTF, sanctions, fraud prevention and CDD/KYC/KYB. Assess design and operating effectiveness of financial crime frameworks against CBUAE expectations, perform forensic reviews, apply data analytics for continuous monitoring, and report actionable findings to senior management while driving remediation and stakeholder engagement.

Lead end-to-end audits of finance, treasury and financial risk functions. Plan, execute and report risk-based audits, assess IFRS and CBUAE compliance, apply advanced data analytics to identify control weaknesses, advise on remediation, and engage senior stakeholders to drive improvements.
