The Metallurgical Engineer develops materials applications and manufacturing technologies, collaborates with teams, troubleshoots issues, and reports project progress to senior leadership.

As an Entry-Level Machining Engineer, you will create design concepts, perform process simulations, and develop documentation to support manufacturing processes while ensuring quality and cost improvements.

Lead and stabilize Oracle EBS and PSIMetals application delivery through UAT, go-live, and hyper care; mature enterprise application operating model, SDLC, managed services governance, vendor relationships, and ERP strategy while building accountable teams and improving delivery discipline.

Lead full life-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried manufacturing and technical roles. Develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate experience via ATS, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, deliver metrics and support campus/recruiting events. Ensure process consistency and diversity outreach.

Manage and grow strategic customer accounts for forged products: prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, ensure order accuracy, coordinate cross-functional communication, provide forecasts, resolve complaints and payment discrepancies, lead customer visits, and support quality and production alignment.
