Analyze competitors, monitor link quality, report performance, support SEO and content initiatives, and run outreach experiments. Build and own data foundations for multimodal agent research, including collection, curation, preprocessing, quality validation, versioning, storage, retrieval, and delivery into training pipelines. Collaborate with research scientists on dataset specifications, evaluation benchmarks, annotation workflows, synthetic data, and preference data. Improve pipeline reliability, testing, documentation, and engineering practices while identifying data bottlenecks affecting research velocity.

Provide high-level one-to-one support to a senior executive by managing calendars, inboxes, travel, expenses, and sensitive logistics. Coordinate leadership meetings, events, launches, workflows, approvals, and organizational milestones. Improve operational processes, maintain team culture and recognition programs, manage sensitive people matters, and exercise independent judgment while protecting executive capacity.

Lead frontend architecture and complex cross-team initiatives for Canva’s Photo Editor. Set technical direction, improve performance, establish engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, identify strategic technical opportunities, and collaborate with product, design, and machine learning teams. Contribute hands-on to critical projects involving complex frontend applications and potentially graphics-intensive image-editing experiences.

Build and own scalable data foundations for multimodal agent research, including collection, curation, preprocessing, validation, versioning, storage, and delivery into ML training pipelines. Collaborate with research scientists to define data requirements, create evaluation datasets, develop annotation and synthetic-data tooling, monitor quality and drift, and ensure reliable ML workflows through testing and engineering best practices.

Own Canva’s international Education growth strategy, prioritizing markets across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and beyond. Build a scalable operating model, align Sales, Marketing, Product, Content and Partnerships, and connect country education leads through a global playbook. Drive activation, retention and habitual use among teachers and students while coaching local leaders and translating market insights into scalable growth initiatives.

Own post-sale relationships for public and private sector B2B SaaS accounts, driving adoption, advocacy, renewals, and expansion. Build trusted customer partnerships, identify account growth opportunities, demonstrate ROI through data storytelling, manage renewal risks, and position Canva’s platform for public-sector use cases. Collaborate with account executives, implementation teams, technical account managers, solutions consultants, and other cross-functional stakeholders to maximize retention and account value.

Leads engineering across Canva Print, setting technical strategy, guiding major technical decisions, developing engineering leaders, and building a high-performing culture. Owns hiring, performance management, roadmaps, and engineering contributions to commercial and revenue outcomes. Partners with Product, Design, Operations, and external partners while championing AI adoption and scalable e-commerce and print-on-demand experiences.
