Characterize and optimize CMOS image sensor performance by bringing up new silicon, validating functionality, developing testing methodologies, analyzing pixel-level and analog/digital subsystems, and identifying improvements. Collaborate with design, process, applications, production, and quality teams to resolve system issues and support product transitions, yield, reliability, and quality goals.

Develop and deploy advanced design verification methodologies for increasingly complex hardware designs. Apply UVM, C/C++ co-simulation, system emulation, mixed-mode simulation, and formal verification to achieve zero-defect results. Define CMOS image sensor products for security market requirements across North America and Europe. Manage product promotion to customers and partners, support Sales, develop new markets, define security sensor and system solutions, establish partnership strategies, and promote products to key customers. The role may require limited travel for customer promotion and trade shows.

Lead signal and power integrity signoff for chip, package, and PCB designs. Model high-speed I/O, power delivery networks, and EMC issues; define electrical specifications; support customers with hardware signoff and debugging. Collaborate globally with design, test, physical implementation, and applications teams. Use electromagnetic, transmission-line, and microwave theory, simulation tools, laboratory equipment, and scripting for data processing.

Implement ISP algorithms in hardware using Verilog, SystemVerilog, or SystemC; define architectures based on product and performance requirements; estimate gate count and power; verify ISP and digital-system logic; optimize designs for efficiency; and collaborate with ISP algorithm teams.

Assure quality across automotive IC product development, manufacturing, release, servicing, and customer support. Lead quality improvement, Safe Launch, high-voltage stress testing, yield analysis, FMEA, failure analysis, customer complaint investigations, and CAPA. Use semiconductor testing and microscopy tools to identify root causes, coordinate corrective actions with engineering teams, customers, suppliers, package houses, and foundries, and support multi-region camera module manufacturing sites.

Provides administrative support across departments, maintains records and filing systems, coordinates calendars, meetings, and travel, manages communications, prepares reports and business documents, and ensures document control processes are followed and improved. The role requires strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, organization, communication, attention to detail, and relationship-building abilities with vendors, customers, and internal partners. Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Designs and verifies SoC digital circuits for CMOS image sensors and Wi-Fi 6 architectures. Responsibilities include RTL development, IP integration, clock and reset management, power-aware design, synthesis, DFT, static timing analysis, UVM verification, automation scripting, mixed-signal integration, hardware modeling, chip bring-up, silicon validation, and imaging pipeline optimization. The role collaborates with physical design, analog, firmware, algorithm, and image-quality teams through tape-out and product qualification.

Researches and develops image, color-processing, and computer-vision algorithms for digital camera systems. Expands ISP and computer-vision functionality, quality, and performance; supports hardware implementation and validation; tunes and measures image quality; and documents algorithms. Requires advanced electrical engineering or computer science education, 10+ years of experience, camera ISP or computer-vision expertise, knowledge of colorimetry and image sensing, and strong C/C++ and MATLAB skills.

Supports and expands CMOS image sensor sales across European medical and emerging markets. Manages customer relationships, design-in activities, negotiations, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and contracts. Collaborates with marketing, business development, and field application engineering teams during technical evaluations and design cycles. Identifies new applications, gathers competitive intelligence, prepares sales reports, and attends trade shows, workshops, demonstrations, and customer meetings across Europe.
