Pay Rate: $35–$45 per hour
Location: Santa Clara, CA
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments and office functions
- Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel—to streamline workflows and support data-driven initiatives
- Maintain accurate, well-organized records and filing systems in compliance with company standards
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements as needed
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and efficiency
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents
- Ensure document control processes are followed and continuously improved
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced or solid working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with vendors, customers, and internal partners
- Comfortable working with modern office software, digital tools, and workplace technologies
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Mandarin speaking and writing skills preferred
