Serve as technical lead for the DENSO NA Sustainability (ESG) platform: define business and technical requirements, lead system integration with IoT and data analytics, create and execute test and training plans, manage project status, risks, stakeholder communication, and drive system adoption and continuous improvement.

Manage assigned product lines end-to-end: launch planning, market and competitive analysis, sales and marketing collaboration, customer and supplier engagement, sales planning, performance monitoring, and mentoring junior team members. Perform project launch and management tasks, conduct root cause analysis, and travel to vendors/customers as needed to ensure products meet specifications and achieve zero defects.

Lead North America cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk, compliance, and security operations across corporate, manufacturing, engineering, and OT environments. Drive regional security roadmaps, incident response, vulnerability management, supplier security, and alignment with automotive standards while partnering with executives and global security teams to protect assets and ensure resilience.

Lead a production engineering team to improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production issues, implement line modifications, coordinate new product launches, mentor staff, and drive quality, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Lead and support process development, kaizen, and capital improvement projects for material storage, conveyance, and inventory management. Evaluate and implement automated logistics technologies (AGV, AMR, ASRS), optimize facility layout and capacity, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and ensure safety compliance.

Lead end-to-end enterprise payroll system programs across North America, driving governance, roadmaps, resource planning, implementation (configuration, data conversion, testing, deployment), risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, compliance, vendor and budget management, and post-production stabilization while promoting process standardization and continuous improvement.

Resolve customer quality issues, support mass production launches and design changes, perform internal quality audits (IATF16949/ISO9001), prepare PPAP/ISIR/ISLR and run-at-rate documents, investigate OEM defects and warranty claims, lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, and assist continuous quality improvement activities.

Lead product introductions, manage equipment projects and suppliers, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend capital investments to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
