The Technical Support Representative communicates with customers to resolve technical issues, conduct training for call center agents, and optimize service processes.

Performs full-set accounting close and group consolidation for 16+ multinational entities across multiple currencies, jurisdictions, and accounting standards. Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, consolidation adjustments, management reporting, variance analysis, audit support, IFRS research, and process improvements using NetSuite. The role collaborates with regional finance teams and supports entity onboarding, restructuring, and system enhancements.
