Responsible for growing sales within assigned geographic accounts by acquiring new customers, re-engaging dormant accounts, expanding existing relationships, and closing service opportunities. Travel of up to 75% is required, along with representing the company at customer, industry, and community events.

Manages and executes polymer and rubber materials projects, conducts material characterization and testing, and performs failure investigations. Supports client relationships, business development, and marketing activities across industries including automotive, medical devices, aerospace, and consumer products. May serve as an expert witness in insurance or litigation matters.

Generates and qualifies new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and lead follow-up. Maintains CRM activity, supports quotes and marketing conversions, participates in trade shows and customer visits, and builds relationships with aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, and industrial customers. Performs in-house and on-site calibration of mechanical, temperature, and electrical equipment. Coordinates with customers on testing and calibration needs, maintains equipment records, completes administrative tasks, and supervises or performs preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment while following safety and company procedures.

Serves as the liaison between customers and the estimation team, providing quote-related communication and customer service. Responsibilities include answering product and service questions, assembling estimator documentation, performing ERP and CRM data entry, reading basic blueprints, upselling when appropriate, escalating issues, sharing customer feedback with management, and completing general administrative duties.

Performs geotechnical instrumentation projects, including engineering documentation, sensor and equipment installation, calibration, commissioning, data acquisition, verification, processing, analysis, reporting, and client coordination. Supervises site personnel, attends project meetings, manages schedules and permits, oversees quality and safety requirements, maintains instrumentation drawings and web databases, and submits contract-required reports.
