Overview

Element has an opportunity for an Associate Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision.  The engineer position must be proficient in a number of core business and technical skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.


Responsibilities
  • Carry out both in-house and on-site calibration for Mechanical, Temperature, and Electrical equipment.
  • Coordinate with customers to assess their needs and deliver appropriate testing and calibration solutions.
  • Manage and maintain proper equipment records, ensuring all related administrative tasks are completed accurately.
  • Supervise and perform scheduled preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment as assigned.
Skills / Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • Relevant experience in the calibration of electrical and electronic instruments.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
  • Positive working attitude with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
