Provides 24x7 end-to-end support for fraud management applications across production, UAT, and SIT environments. Responsibilities include incident and problem resolution, root cause analysis, deployments, upgrades, patching, disaster recovery, monitoring, automation, PYTL job support, reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates with business users, clients, vendors, and technology teams while supporting onboarding, enhancements, production readiness, and critical out-of-hours operations.

Performs daily reconciliation and settlement for card issuing transactions, processes card scheme settlement files, resolves discrepancies, prepares accounting and management reports, monitors chargebacks and fees, and ensures compliance with operational, regulatory, and audit requirements. Coordinates with banks, processors, card schemes, and internal teams while supporting automation and process improvements.

Defines and evolves enterprise automation architecture across testing, development, and DevOps platforms. Establishes standards for test automation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, environment provisioning, tooling, and coding practices. Leads complex technical designs, proofs of concept, diagnostics, and solution reviews while ensuring security, scalability, resilience, and compliance. Mentors senior automation and DevOps engineers and promotes modern practices such as TDD, BDD, and shift-left engineering. The role provides technical authority without owning delivery commitments or project management.

Supports regional procurement activities across South and East Africa, with occasional Middle East support. Responsibilities include purchase requisitions and orders, procure-to-pay tracking, supplier onboarding and due diligence, contract administration, sourcing, supplier performance monitoring, spend analysis, compliance, KPI reporting, and process improvement. The role collaborates with Finance, Legal, Risk, Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and policy-compliant procurement.

Process and post daily and third-party settlements, maintain accounting entries, clear reconciliations, manage rejects and reprocessing, prepare invoices and MIS reports, investigate discrepancies, resolve queries within SLA, maintain confidentiality, follow ISO 27001 procedures, and support process improvements through templates, automation, and macros.

Supports the TW-Online authorization system by troubleshooting issues, managing user access, handling client inquiries, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams, documenting resolutions, producing operational reports, ensuring scheme compliance, identifying potential problems, and training users. The role also reviews team activities, policies, and recurring operational tasks.

Manages IT systems and infrastructure personnel, standards, projects, budgets, vendors, and business continuity programs. Designs, deploys, and supports VMware virtualization, Windows servers, Active Directory, directory services, PKI, DNS, security infrastructure, monitoring, disaster recovery, and high-availability systems. Ensures compliance with PCI DSS and related standards while coordinating infrastructure operations, upgrades, performance improvements, and support across business units.
