Manage regional general ledger and statutory reporting for multiple entities: oversee month‑end and year‑end closings, statutory filings, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, audits, policy alignment, and team leadership while driving process improvements and automation.

Lead POS end-to-end and integration testing for payment platform features. Define test processes, environments, and plans; execute UAT, regression, and integration tests; build automation; maintain test logs; report progress; collaborate with developers and BAs; and coach junior testers.

Lead and manage issuing-card fraud detection and investigation efforts: monitor transactions, tune rules and models, handle escalations, produce reports, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts.

Monitor payment transactions and alerts to detect suspected fraud, investigate cases, gather evidence, and document findings. Communicate in French with customers and internal teams, escalate complex cases, and support fraud prevention measures and compliance with company policies and regulations.
