Leads a small-to-medium parts distribution center, overseeing warehouse operations, service levels, KPIs, P&L, budgeting, safety, employee development, and cross-functional supply chain initiatives. Establishes SOPs in a startup warehouse environment, manages automated fulfillment operations, drives continuous improvement, analyzes operational trends, and ensures customer and business requirements are met.

Serve as single point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing full order lifecycle (setup, entry/modification, approvals, fulfillment). Use Salesforce, Atmus EDI portal, Conexiom and other systems to process orders, resolve complex inquiries, coordinate logistics and export compliance, maintain records, produce reports, and lead process improvements to meet SLAs.

Supports supplier quality initiatives across supplier evaluation, sourcing, corrective action, product approvals, new product introductions, and continuous improvement. Partners with suppliers to reduce defects, improve process capability, ensure product requirements are met, and achieve zero-defect performance. Uses quality tools including PPAP, APQP, fault tree analysis, root cause analysis, containment, and permanent corrective actions under coaching and guidance.

Designs, specifies, implements, validates, and supports laboratory test systems for product engineering evaluation. Investigates test-system and process issues, identifies causes, recommends corrective actions, and documents results. Develops requirements and operating instructions, coordinates with lab customers, technicians, suppliers, and temporary staff, and makes decisions on components, calibration, and operating processes affecting accuracy, reliability, and cost. Applies FMEA, structured problem solving, and process hazard analysis while contributing to process and system improvements.

Lead supply chain analytics operations across demand, supply, inventory, logistics, procurement, and order fulfillment. Build trusted data models, dashboards, KPIs, and decision-support tools; perform scenario modeling and performance analysis; drive continuous improvement, address data-quality issues, translate business requirements into scalable analytics and automation, prototype AI-enabled workflows, and coach/develop staff while supporting cross-functional supply chain initiatives and annual planning.

Manage onsite office operations in Nashville including visitor reception, phone routing, mail and supplies, conference room scheduling, event coordination, vendor communication, badge maintenance, safety and site documentation, and administrative support for executive leadership and the admin team.

Manage assigned customer accounts through the full order life cycle: set-up, entry/modification, claims processing, export/shipping documentation, and logistics coordination. Act as single point of contact for customers, plants and partners; resolve complex inquiries, maintain records, prepare reports, meet SLAs, and lead process improvements.
