Lead contract drafting, review, negotiation, and compliance for hotel, vendor, and partner agreements. Manage contract repository, monitor performance and renewals, advise business teams on deal structure and risk, support policy and template development, and ensure governance and audit readiness.

Lead hospitality sourcing for OS&E, FF&E, guest supplies and equipment; coordinate with Techno-Commercial team for RFQs, bids, POs and delivery; manage pre-opening procurement plans, timelines and vendor compliance; align stakeholders across asset owners and operators; standardize vendor lists, specs and agreements; prioritize local and responsible sourcing; maintain procurement dashboards, MIS, and audit-ready documentation while driving cost optimization and risk mitigation.

Lead store and inventory operations at a large site: define SOPs, manage inbound receipts, storage, issuance, and scrap liquidation. Oversee contract and asset management, ensure IMS compliance, support risk assessment and mitigation, drive team performance and development, and promote digital/AI adoption to improve inventory controls and operational efficiency.

Lead MEP design coordination and oversight across projects, ensuring compliance with brand standards and codes. Manage stakeholder alignment, review designs, provide on-site execution support, commissioning, quality control, documentation, budget/value engineering, and pre-opening handover for hospitality projects.

Manage credit functions including sales order release in SAP, credit limit updates and reviews, customer and third-party credit assessments, and risk monitoring. Handle receivables through collections follow-up, payment reconciliation, refunds, write-offs/write-backs, and commission verification. Support pricing verification and prepare MIS and credit control reports.
