Lead sourcing and institutional engagement efforts, execute talent and partnership programs, manage candidate tracking via recruitment platforms and CRM, coordinate stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to drive hiring outcomes.

Lead contract administration across urban redevelopment and infrastructure projects: manage contract lifecycle, support claims and disputes, monitor risks and compliance, coordinate with site, engineering, legal and finance, prepare MIS reports, and maintain audit-ready contract documentation.

Lead and manage all site administrative functions including facility, vendor, procurement, budget, and HSE oversight. Coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor the admin team, and implement policies to ensure efficient, compliant site operations aligned with corporate objectives.

Lead IT operations for toll systems: manage Toll Collection Management System and ATMS, ensure FASTag/ETC lane availability, maintain servers and data recovery, manage IT asset procurement and budgets, oversee vendor relationships and SLAs, resolve IT/user issues, and ensure server-room environmental and power safety.

Lead strategy and execution for data and AI: ensure data platform reliability, deliver analytics, improve MLOps and model reliability, drive AI solution performance, foster innovation, and realize business value.
