Own the full enterprise sales cycle in Poland: prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals for Insider One. Identify market opportunities, support SDRs with outbound strategies, provide accurate forecasts, and maintain an up-to-date pipeline while collaborating cross-functionally.

Drives Insider One’s global strategic alliance with Shopify by co-owning business and go-to-market plans, coordinating product and technology roadmaps, enabling sales, managing partner certifications and listings, supporting co-marketing and industry events, and generating pipeline and revenue. The role works cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, customer success, solution consulting, and regional partnership teams to expand the Shopify partnership and improve joint customer outcomes.

Support the Customer Onboarding Manager to transition new clients onto the platform by assisting with onboarding projects, creating materials and processes, documenting client interactions, and enabling a smooth handoff to Customer Success to accelerate client time-to-value.

Lead technical engagements with DACH customers: run data workshops, design and implement cloud/hybrid architectures, drive POCs to production, troubleshoot implementation issues, escalate and resolve technical blockers, and align customer strategy with Insider One solutions.

Serve as the primary client-facing contact for DACH customers, drive product adoption, coordinate technical resources, develop account plans, resolve escalations, and provide product feedback to influence roadmap and improve customer outcomes.

Lead post-sales onboarding and implementation for new clients, manage projects to accelerate time-to-value, provide technical guidance on integrations (APIs/webhooks), train and enable users, set KPIs for adoption, liaise with internal teams and third parties, and ensure smooth transition to Customer Success.

Provide technical support for German-speaking partners using the Insider One SaaS platform: troubleshoot issues, coordinate with Customer Success Managers, meet SLAs, escalate product feedback to Product team, and help partners adopt and expand platform usage.

Provide technical support to French-speaking partners for the Insider One SaaS platform: troubleshoot issues, coordinate with Customer Success Managers, meet SLAs, escalate product feedback to Product, and help partners expand platform use.
