Manages Alpine Bank’s digital payments products, including ACH, wires, Zelle, FedNow, bill pay, and external transfers. Develops roadmaps, prioritizes backlogs, coordinates upgrades, ensures compliance with payment rules and regulations, assesses risks, updates policies and agreements, and communicates changes to stakeholders.
